Welcome Back

Okay, so today was the first day back to school, work, and the real world in general and boy is everyone tired.  Felicia and I planned to workout together after the boys went to bed this evening but that changed and she got her workout in before dinner.  I followed prior to eating.  Did some crosstraining on the bike.  Did 9.5 miles in 45 minutes for a good workout.

Tomorrow starts the 1st day of early morning workouts!  A nice cool run...hoping the wind calms before I head out the door.  Getting to bed early tonight :)
